Catherine Gardner is senior associate with the Pacific Partners Consulting Group.

Prior to joining Pacific Partners, Gardner was director of finance for libraries and information technology at Stanford University, and previously served as a financial and policy analyst at Stanford. She has extensive experience in cost accounting, analysis, forecasting and modeling to project cash flow requirements, operating expenditure trends, and income potential.

As director of finance, she held key roles in several strategic planning efforts, supervised the design and implementation of a library cost accounting system, and participated in the development of requirements for a new campus-wide budget and accounting system.

Education: Catherine Gardner received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from San Jose State University (B.S., accounting, 1977; M.P.A. public administration, 1980).
